Williams women’s rugby and Guiness

The Huffington Post reports that ever player on the Williams College and Keene State women’s rugby teams won the title of Guinness World Record holder for participating in a 24 hour rugby match on Saturday. Although the funds have yet to be tallied, the teams are expected to have raised over $10,000 towards breast and colorectal cancer research from sponsors of their epic endeavor.

And just for the record…Williams won.

In the spirit of rugby, here are some Canadians being Canadians, or– alternatively– non- Canadians acting convincingly Canadian in their enthusiasm for Banff culture. That’s Banff not BAMF.

P.S. On one of our dry weekends the only group allowed to register a keg was the rugby team as it was deemed “essential to team culture” by the school. Only #inthecac.
