History Buffs…

Conn senior Lilah Raptopoulos wrote this piece as part of a thesis combining Conn College’s history and new media presentation.

We haven’t had much time to explore the whole website, but this particular section deals with the transition of the school to a co-educational institution (from all women, a reverse of the other NESCAC schools) and the effects of the social movements of the 1970’s on the campus.

It doesn’t get much more interesting than that, and that’s not sarcasm– it’s the ‘Cac in us.

P.S. You really just can’t go wrong with a headlining picture like this. Guy on the right is totally mid- burp. Guy on the left will proceed to be re-incarnated as every guy’s best friend all over the ‘Cac for years to come.
